LaughingHealthClub Promotes Deep Belly Laughs and Laughter as Medicine: Why Not Laugh Now?
Are you known to giggle your way at work, school and in life? You may be one of the few people who has found the success to a balanced lifestyle. Why worry? Find the solutions to your problems by finding funny books, movies, web sites, jokes that can motivate you to laugh. Awake and realize that you have been losing precious time to worries and concerns. You have been killing yourself on the inside. You have not been exercising your internal organs and giving enough good oxygen to your body.
It is time to laugh now! Tell stories to your family members, kids and co-workers. Find your true self in the process.
Laughter is a talent that all of us have. At one point or another, we laughed a lot. Why have let events take away our laughter? A good percentage of our laughter is in response to good humor. Did you know that we could create our own inventory of laughter?
Start thinking about using resources such as LaughingHealthClub whose aim is to present laughter therapy to you.
Start practicing nonthreatening laughter. Smile to diminish tensions in a parking lot for example. If you are walking past some mature people at night in a parking lot, make sure to establish eye contact and smile. That will make these people feel more comfortable. Fear will be out of the game.
