Swedish scientists conduct various studies on the contributions of art to human lives and improvements.

Italian researchers reported in the journal of Circulation that blood pressure and respiratory rates can synchronize with music increasing during crescendos and coming down during pauses and decrescendos. Painting, music, poetry and other forms of art can be used as therapy for heart and stroke patients. Music helps prolong exercise by distracting patients from pain. Now you can understand why gyms play music while you work out!
